Running has always held a fascination for me. The possibility to simply grab my shoes, put on my shorts and shirt and start running anywhere and at any time means one thing to me: freedom. Just put on your shoes, trousers or shirt and off you go. Despite this simplicity, there are still so many different types of "running": Track runs, road runs, mountain runs, trails - with different training requirements.


For me, it's not just about setting new personal best times or winning races, it's also about that "getting out of your comfort zone" feeling and testing your own physical as well as mental limits.


I myself discovered very early on how important it is to have someone by your side to support you in achieving your personal goals.


I first came into contact with topics such as training management, strength training or nutrition at the age of 15 and could always rely on the expertise of my coach.


The goals that someone wants to achieve with running, as well as the effort involved, are very different. It is therefore important to be aware of this and for this, you need a coach who uses his knowledge in a targeted and careful manner in order to be able to achieve these goals sustainably, injury-free and realistically.

WHAT IS TRAINING

Training has always been my fascination and passion. The possibility to prepare my body in the best possible manner for a race, personal project or other event has always held great power to me. Optimizing my performance means one thing to me: empowerment. Despite the simplicity of training, there are still so many different aspects to consider: current fitness level, personal strength and weaknesses, correct balance recovery VS exercise and progression over time


For me, it's not just about achieving a specific time or finishing a certain race, it's also about the effect that running has on overall well-being and longterm health. Running is also about pushing your own limits and getting outside of your own comfort zone. Through my own journey, I have discovered that correct training is vital for everyone, regardless of their athletic pursuits or personal aspirations.


The goals that someone wants to achieve in their sport and personal life can be very different. Therefore, it is crucial to be aware of this and for the coach to use their knowledge in a targeted and careful manner. This ensures that the goals and the path toward achieving them are sustainable, realistic, and personally acceptable.

TRAINING CONCEPTS

Balance Successful nutritional coaching is characterized by finding the right balance between nourishing the body with optimal nutrients and enjoying food. It's about creating a positive relationship with food and embracing variety, moderation, and mindfulness.

If you decide on the basic package, this package includes the following points:
Meeting to get to know each other (definition of goals, current status, clarification of the training concept) About 45 min
1 x weekly telephone call and debriefing from the training session
Coordinated training plan (for one week at a time)
Price: €150

Coaching Package - Advanced If you decide on the basic advanced training package, this package includes the following points:
Meeting to get to know each other (definition of goals, current status, clarification of the training concept)
2-3 x weekly telephone call and debriefing from the training session.
Coordinated training plan (for one week at a time)
